It seems the FDA has new guidelines to try and "regulate" homeopathic health, like labeling vitamins and juices as "drugs" and things like acupuncture needles and massage stones as "medical devices." this means that if you are growing basic herbs in your garden, you could be arrested for "drug dealing."
